On days when the weather is too cold, wet, sludgy or just downright dreary, it’s tough to feel motivated to head outside and stay active. With a small treadmill, however, you may never have to worry about the outside climate ruining your next walk or run again. We found a small walking pad that one reviewer swears has been “a game-changer,” and is quiet, compact, efficient, and has speeds spanning from a lazy stroll to a brisk walk. Best of all, it’s currently only $87.99 for Amazon Prime members. This, and so many other minimal treadmills, are on for Black Friday this week. Nab this one OR one of the several under-$100 walking pads we tacked on at the end of this report.
This small floor treadmill is designed specifically for walking, can reach speeds between 0.6 and 4 MPH, all toggled via remote control. An LED screen shows you how fast its belt is turning, as well as calories burned, time spent walking and distance, and its thin profile means you can tuck it underneath a sofa or mattress when not in use. Note that this pad supports up to 265 pounds.
Reviewers love it, with many saying it’s helped them get their daily steps in and stay active. “Really wanted to increase my step count of a daily basis, and adding this walking pad has been really helpful,” says one reviewer. “What I found really nice about this one is that it goes to 4MPH. This is one of the faster walking pads, so when on a conference call I just have to listen to I am able to get in a better walk.”

“Really wanted to increase my step count of a daily basis, and adding this walking pad has been really helpful. What I found really nice about this one is that it goes to 4MPH. This is one of the faster walking pads, so when on a conference call I just have to listen to I am able to get in a better walk. But I can also put it at 1.7 MPH and work for an hour while walking, very versatile.” — Laura Bliss
“I bought this because with 2 kids and no sitter I’m not always able to go to the gym or get active and this is perfect to help me get moving without having to leave home. It perfectly slides right under my sofa. It’s easy to maneuver around and it’s not as heavy as I thought it would be. I love the function on the remote that allows me to silence the heaping sound that it makes when in use. It’s great if you are a slow walker, average speed walker or even a fast walker. I even find that even thought the speed only goes to 4mph max that’s a good pace to start a slow jog especially if you’re not super active and wanna get you’re heart rate going. I’m really enjoying having this walking pad it’s worth the investment” — Tril02
“This is a very easy to use walking pad. I like how slim it is, as I store it underneath my sofa. It’s a sturdy item, so taking it out does require you to use good back/leg posture, but I wouldn’t say that it’s too heavy or anything. I like that it’s not too loud, since I walk while watching a half hour of Netflix. My recommendation is to wear pants/shorts with a pocket, because you have to hold onto the remote to control the walking pad. Overall, I recommend this.” — Rai Ramirez
Unlike the other Ancheer on this list (keep scrolling), this walking pad is slightly slower at 2.4-3.9 mph but it’s got a brushless motor that makes it ultra-quiet. It’s got a few more color options than the Walmart one on this list. Plus, it’s remote- and app-operated.
Truthfully, this Manbaout walking pad does have what a few others on this list has: A screen to track progress, a remote control, different modes and tracking. The primary difference I observe is that the screen looks a little smaller than some others on this list, mainly the Cursor.
Other than that, it’s a solid, comparable choice and it’s one of the lowest-priced.
If you’ll miss the big screens of the bulkier treadmills, then this Cursor walking pad is your best bet. It has all of the features of other walking pads.
Note: This discount is lower than our typical 15% threshold BUT we’re sharing because it’s a steal of a price for a walking pad.
Run to Walmart to grab this Ancheer walking pad while it’s under $80 in a flash deal! It’s available in three colors, is remote-operated and is designed to fit underneath a desk and beneath your couch. It’s got a speed range of 0.6-4 mph.
Note: Walmart reports that it’s $300 off but per my trackers and knowledge of walking pads, that’s probably not true. Across websites though, lots of Ancheer walking pads are in the $100-$150 range so you’re still saving a good chunk. This, my friends, is a solid deal.
This Deerrun walking pad has it all — the compact size, the LED screen display for tracking progress, the remote operation and a noise level under 50 decibels.
Amazon says it’s 56% off but 37% (including the $20 coupon) is a better reflection of the savings on this device, per our trackers. Clip the on-page coupon to get the extra savings at checkout.
